    Includes information about and online forms to set up, remove, or transfer electric service.

    Health, safety, comfort, durability and energy efficiency—enjoy these values plus the lowest residential electric rate available, in a TEP Guarantee home.
  • Energy Advisor
    Conduct an extensive and detailed energy audit of your home online.
  • Energy Tips
    TEP's energy-saving tips for residential power customers.
  • GreenWatts
    Adopt a GreenWatt and support renewable energy development and use in Southern Arizona.
  • SunShare
    TEP's SunShare program offers incentives of up to $2,000 for every kilowatt of proven solar electric generating capacity that is connected to TEP's grid system. In addition to TEP's financial assistance, you may qualify for state tax benefits of up to $1,000.

  • Included in your monthly HOA dues, call 1.800.850.5252 and request the "Civano Qwest Voice Messaging Service Option paid for by the Cadden Management account." You will be directed to a representative who will activate this option.
  • Establish New Service
    Online form to establish new Qwest telephone service.
  • Change or Cancel Service
    Online forms to change or cancel service (must be existing Qwest customer).
  • Qwest Internet Service
    One of many local Internet services available.
  • Qwest DSL Internet Service
    One of two local, largescale high-speed Internet access options currently available for Civano (the other is Cox High Speed Internet cable modem service—Cox is faster).
  • In the event of install difficulties that cannot be resolved at the general customer service number of 1.800.244.1111, there is a Qwest local community coordinator at 520.869.1679 to help resolve problems.
