It is represented by the HOA Board, which is staffed by selections from Community of Civano, LLC until the HOA is turned over to homeowners (once a majority of lot ownership resides with homeowners instead of the developer). There are currently two HOA Board members and one vacancy. All correspondance regarding Civano I Neighborhood I HOA should be addressed to: Lexi, Association Manager Because of its mixed-use and entrepreneureal nature, Civano boasts a number onsite businesses ranging from large entities like Global Solar and Civano Nursery to those within the Neighborhood Center to many home-based businesses.
