In September 2002, to foster the sale of Neighborhoods 2 and 3, Fannie Mae through Community of Civano, LLC proposed wholesale changes to Civano’s Guiding Documents, including the Development Agreement, Indemnity Agreement, Civano IMPACT System, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Civano Neighbors has reached consensus on and provided official responses, and continues to review and comment on the latest changes.
