Civano Neighbors meetings include both general membership meetings and meetings held by Working Groups affiliated with Civano Neighbors. General and Annual Membership Meetings Civano Neighbors general membership meetings are held every other month on the third Tuesday of the month, at 7 p.m. at the Civano Neighborhood Center. All general meetings are governed by a consensus-based process, and are open to the public. See the Bylaws for more information about our consensus approach. The Civano Neighbors Annual Meeting is held each October. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to review events and progress from the previous year (presented in a report by the Leadership Team), establish goals and objectives for the forthcoming year, hold elections, and review/revise Bylaws as appropriate.
