“Bride and Prejudice” is a 2004 romantic musical directed by G. Chadha. It is a Bollywood-style adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice.” Filmed mostly in English with some Hindi/Punjab dialogue, it received generally favorable reviews by the critics. It should be just the thing to whet your appetite for Thanksgiving, the next day.
